Indoor Climbing In Wales

Climbing walls have sprung up all over the country and with some basic training anyone can enjoy this sport which challenges both mind and body. Our Introduction to Indoor Climbing Course is a fantastic course which is six hours long, usually split over two three hour sessions, that provides a step-by-step guide covering all elements of indoor climbing. By the end of the course you should be a competent and safe indoor climber who will be able to continue with the sport with out instructor supervision.
